You're in control of your data. Delete your StencilMaker account in the app, or request it by email — either way, it's permanent and we finish within 30 days.

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside StencilMaker, on iOS or Android.

    Open Settings

    Launch StencilMaker and open the Settings tab.

    Tap “Delete account”

    It's in the account section, below Privacy and Terms.

    Confirm

    Read the warning, then confirm “Delete account anyway.” This cannot be undone.

On the Web app? Use the email request below — the same steps apply.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Apple Settings (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or you may continue to be charged.

Request by email

Removed the app, or can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may verify that you own the account before we process the request.

Request account deletion

Send us a note with the subject “Account deletion request” and we'll take it from there.

What's removed

Deletion cascades across everything tied to your account:

  • Profile & sign-in
  • Uploads
  • Stencils
  • Generations
  • Device records
  • Linked OAuth identities

Free-tier stencils are purged 24 hours after generation, and free-tier uploads aren't retained beyond generation — so there's little left to remove from them.

What we keep

Billing & transaction records
Retained only to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, kept separate from your profile, and never used to re-create your account.
Up to 7 years

Timeline

Deletion requests — whether started in the app or by email — are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We'll email you to confirm once it's done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: you'd need to create a new account to use StencilMaker again.
